Jenni Schaefer, Chair of the Ambassadors Council of the National Eating Disorders Association Jenni Schaefer is an internationally known speaker, bestselling author, and accomplished singer/songwriter. She has appeared on shows like Today, Dr. Oz, and Dr. Phil, as well as publications ranging from Cosmopolitan to The New York Times. Jenni’s books include Goodbye Ed, Hello Me and her latest with Harvard Medical School, Almost Anorexic: Is My (or My Loved One’s) Relationshi pwith Food a Problem? Her first book, Life Without Ed, which launched her as a leading light in the recovery movement, was recently re-released as a special Tenth Anniversary Edition. Mallory is a nationwide speaker on the topics of eating disorders, recovery, body image, and hope. She traveled nationwide with NEDA, The National Eating Disorders Association in 2013 to speak on her recovery and share her single that she co-wrote titled “Something To Live For.” Mallory currently wrote a self- help book on eating disorders titled, “Be FreED,” that is now available to the public for purchasing. Mallory is affiliated with ANAD, The National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders. She is a monthly blogger for The Eating Disorder Coalition of Tennessee and has done an appearance on WGN News. Mallory continues to speak and ignite hope in all ages.

Founded in September 2002, Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee is the Southeast's first statewide nonprofit to advance eating disorder awareness, education and prevention. Our mission is to offer hope, help and support to all who are impacted by disordered eating.

Theresa is a certified Emotional Brain Training Provider for the past 7 years and has been teaching Emotional Brain Training (EBT) at the Center for Weight and Eating Disorders for the past seven years. She also facilitates EBT groups and conducts EBT coaching sessions at the Facilitative Healing Center in Lexington, Ky. Theresa received her MS in Education from the University of Kentucky in 1990 and BHS in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1984.
